End-User Licence Agreement

PreclinIQ is created by Dr. Ambuj Shahi ("the Publisher"), contact admin@precliniq.com. By activating PreclinIQ you agree to these terms.

1. Licence. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use PreclinIQ on the one computer whose Machine ID is written in your licence key, for the period stated in the key (normally one year).

2. Restrictions. You may not copy, share, sell, rent, lend or sub-license PreclinIQ or your licence key; install it on other computers under your key; or attempt to bypass, remove or reverse-engineer the licence check or the software.

3. Your data. Study data you enter belong to you and stay on your computer. The Publisher does not collect them. Keep your own backups.

4. Expiry. When the licence period ends, PreclinIQ continues to open, display and export your data, but editing is disabled until you enter a renewal key.

5. Scientific responsibility. PreclinIQ performs calculations and statistics to help you, but you are responsible for checking results, choosing appropriate statistical methods and the conclusions you publish.

6. No warranty. PreclinIQ is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability. The Publisher is not liable for any loss of data, results, time or income arising from use of PreclinIQ, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Third-party components. PreclinIQ includes open-source components (Electron, Chart.js, jsPDF, jsPDF-AutoTable, SheetJS, qrcode-generator) used under their own licences, which are listed in the program folder.

9. Termination. This licence ends automatically if you break these terms.

10. Law. This agreement is governed by the laws of India.
