1. Refund window

You may request a full refund within [7] days of payment if:

your licence key has not yet been issued or activated; or
PreclinIQ does not install or run on your computer and we cannot resolve the problem with you by email.

2. After activation

Because a licence key gives immediate access to the full software, activated licences are otherwise non-refundable. [Adjust if you prefer a more generous policy.]

3. How to request

Email admin@precliniq.com with your name, payment reference and reason. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within [7–10] working days.

4. Cancellations

Licences are one-off yearly purchases and do not renew automatically, so there is no subscription to cancel.
